Why should I exfoliate? |

The skin is constantly generating new skin cells at the lower layers and sending them to the outer layers of the skin. As skin cells rise to the surface they gradually die. As we age the process of skin cell turnover slows down. Cells start piling up unevenly on the skin's surface, giving it a dry, rough, dull complexion. Exfoliation is beneficial because it removes those cells that are clinging on, revealing the fresher, younger skin cells below. |

How often should I exfoliate? |

All skins types need to be exfoliated to eliminate the impurities that keep the skin from breathing and to remove the dead cells that give you a lifeless complexion. For a more radiant complexion, cleanse your skin then exfoliate your face and neck: |

Should I use a facial exfoliator to remove makeup? |

Facial exfoliators are designed to remove dead cells and impurities from deep layers of the skin and should not be used to remove makeup. Instead, for a more effective makeup removal, use a Facial Cleanser to remove dirt and makeup from the top layers of the skin.
