Naturenvy will issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). Customers should email Naturenvy Customer Service at
ask@naturenvy.com to obtain an RA#. Naturenvy original invoice number is required. The RA# must be printed clearly on the outside of all boxes and pertaining documents. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All returns are subject to Naturenvy inspection. Naturenvy expressly does not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any goods returned or refused may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless cause for return was manufacturer's defect, Naturenvy caused damage or rendering the merchandise as unusable or unfit for sale. Exchanges may be made in the event of manufacturer's defect and are subject to availability.
